We provide outdoor ballustrade design solutions for commercial and domestic purposes to a wide customer base including architects, builders and planners. We can offer a supply only service or a full service from site visits, surveys, quotations right through to installation.
Why are Zapp ballustrades so innovative?
Comprised of two screens in one unit; the terrace screen system is designed to enable you to choose how you want to respond to the elements. Simply leave both sides down when the weather is nice to keep your terrace/veranda open with a light, airy feel but if it begins to rain or turn colder; you can raise the height adjustable screen by hand. All it takes is a simple grip, and you can carry on your indoor living outdoors – great for when you feel in need of protection from nature but still want to spend time in her presence!

Through the looking glass
Our terrace system is designed specifically to make it user-friendly and a style statement in one. Made from aluminium the standard design comprises of a fixed lower and height adjustable parts; both equipped with laminated glass. Our ballustrades are approved specifically for installation at heights where there is a risk of fall/injury. They are also tested for wind load and heavy impacts, so there are no safety concerns for your or customers.
Mix and match
Several ballustrades variants are available that can all be combined in the same installation to suit exact needs and requirements. This means that you can have a fixed railing, a height-adjustable windscreen, a fixed overhead glass option or a SPLITT for a complete glassed-in terrace, veranda or balcony for those cosy indoor/outdoor days and the wow factor for your property too!

Our engineers are fully trained and highly experience on the entire product range and we are fully equipped to carry out any site surveys for you This is applicable for all products that we install ourselves for you. For supply only products we will give you all the measurements we can for you to ensure that the products will fit in to your outdoor area.
REPAIR & MAINTENANCE
All of our products can be repaired and serviced. We can set up a service contract if you require.
Where applicable, Zapp will provide you with a guide on how to maintain your product on a day to day basis to extend the life of it. If you look after your product well and do not misuse it, it will last longer and require fewer service visits works. If you have any questions regarding the care of your product, please ring the office on for more information.
INSTALLATION
In order to maintain our high standards we install all our products using our own trusted engineers and installers.
PLANNING
Some of our products can require planning and we generally clients that it is best to check with the relevant council regarding this.
